Abstract

The health and economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic led those medium and large Salvadoran companies to make decisions about how the opportunities and threats emanating from the context of the existence of Covid-19 and the new normality that is being established as a result of it, will is transforming the traditional way of doing business. These are impacts that for some cases turn out to be positive, but for many others they are negative. What cannot be denied is that organizations have had to turn the weaknesses and threats around to turn them into opportunities for improvement, through the redesign of the business model, the traditional work dynamics and the way of visualizing the labor demand and supply, in such a way that they are in line with the new business and social reality and normality.
