Main Article Content
Abstract
The present investigation determines the impact of the housing model of 22 communities in two local groups of Bajo Lempa: Los Calix and Amando López. The research takes into account approaches to information gathering in a participatory manner with gender equity, promoted in Popular Education workshops, in the communities intervened by basic community infrastructure projects in two specific sections: Housing as an object of social study, and housing as an object of architectural study. In these sections, impact indicators are evaluated: technological, institutional, economic, political, sociocultural and environmental of the communities under management. The research emphasizes the search for a typological model of decent housing with an environmental focus and adaptation to climate change.
