Abstract
The research focused on knowing the necessary characteristics in the implementation of social housing design with bioclimatic components, this to generate a proposal that with these comfort parameters in temperature and lighting.
For this it was necessary to carry out a comparative analysis between the bioclimatic housing and the control housing built for Habitat for Humanity El Salvador, which is located in the El Niño Canton of the Municipality of San Miguel, this information is necessary to know the operation of bioclimatic housing, improving the quality of life of its inhabitants, taking into account factors such as the temperature of the home and natural lighting.
This type of study is important to know, as it opens the doors to a construction model in the country, generating better proposals for social housing, and in this way improving the standard of living of the population.
